- Once a booth has been firmly booked by another exhibitor, it will appear in grey and can no longer be selected.
- Please note that on the interactive floorplan a booth can be selected simultaneously by several exhibitors. The booth is only confirmed for the first exhibitor who completes the form and clicks on the “Confirm booking” button.
- Booths are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
- Due to the high number of simultaneous booking attempts, the platform may experience occasional delays. Please avoid refreshing the page, as this may further overload the system and delay your booking. Simply wait a few moments for the selection or confirmation to process.
- Online booking is valid only after completing all required fields and clicking "Confirm booking".
- By submitting a booking online, you agree to pay the full booth rental fee.

Important notes on booth selection
How to book
Step 1: Select your desired booth(s) on the interactive floor plan. If you require a larger space, you may select multiple adjacent booths. Please only select the booth(s) you intend to book, to avoid overbooking.
Step 2: Complete the booking form with your full company details and click "Confirm booking" to submit your request.
An automated confirmation email will be sent to the address you provide in the form. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If found there, mark it as Not Junk to ensure future messages are delivered correctly.
Your booth booking will be officially confirmed by our team via email shortly after submission.
